Sexism against women is focused around restriction of autonomy & sexualization while sexism against men is being pre-judged, way more disposable and treated with way more suspicion while also not being allowed to be human or especially a victim.
It’s because sexism against men & sexism against women take different forms and are motivated by separate attitudes about gender roles in society.
No not making decisions on its own. It’s just a powerful tool for brainstorming ideas. All serious decisions should be double checked by human experts on whatever the topic is.

I think at least in a world with 8 billion people. I’m sure some historical figures in more repressive times were genuinely at the cutting edge of human thought but even back then they were building off of intellectuals, scientists, inventors before them.
Especially if general intelligence is developed. I sympathize with the concerns about that though and think there should be some kind of “kill switch” to deactivate it in case things get scary or too out of control.
Even if you say it, publish it, invent it first it’s usually adding onto at least a combination of ideas & concepts others have shared before you.
I think the benefit of it is being able to connect a ideas from all over the world through time at light speed under the supervision of a human because ultimately there’s not really such thing as original thought.
Automation of industry and medial tasks freeing up humans to have more time for leisure, art and academic pursuits. Also helping brainstorm solutions to massive problems we’ve been working on for decades or even centuries potentially new disease cures, space travel, saving the climate etc…
It is kind of problematic since you’d rely on us for many parts and armaments. It sucks that we have to be the worlds arms dealer instead of having a 21st century infrastructure, healthcare, affordable housing etc
