Mexico has never been considered having autochthonous cases of Blastomycosis (even more surprisingly near Mexico city). This is probably telling us a new niche for Blasto has been brewing for some time now or we haven’t looked into it deeper #IDsky @msgerc.bsky.social @ishamycology.bsky.social
