Pop-art style graphic of a politician outside 10 Downing Street with text: “The next PM wants to remove your human rights. Scotland should remove itself from this broken Union.” Believe in Scotland.

🟪 Nigel Farage is leading in UK wide polls, but not in Scotland. The prospect of Farage entering Downing Street with a massive majority is no longer a far-fetched sideshow; it may happen.

I am sickened by the relentless demonisation of refugees.

No refugee underfunded a school.

No refugee closed a hospital.

No refugee took away support from the sick and disabled.

We need solutions not scapegoats. Stop blaming refugees and tax the rich instead!

More electricity pylons 'crucial' despite cost to bill payers - BBC News Transmission network operators plan to spend £32bn over the ten five years upgrading lines

So not content with charging us more for our own power than they pay for it, the Union now wants us to subsidise the SE of England even more by upgrading the pylons used to take even more of our power south. 😳😳😳😳 WTF. You Yes yet?

My parents always refer to it as 'Fair fortnight'.

I love it - my birthday falls during the fortnight. I've mostly had my celebrations away from home, on holiday.
It always felt exciting during the build up to the fortnight. Especially when we travelled to our holiday destination on the train!

Absolutely agree with this. It's a nightmare coming down from Scotland.
I don't fly, but use an EV to holiday because I'm not bound by cancellations or over crowded carriages.

If the train was a viable option, I'd use it.

I only found out about Gunnera last year. Loved the look of it and promptly looked it up for my garden.

Was gutted when I found out what it's all about and that I couldn't have it in the garden!

Aye, I think that's his game as well. He's an agitator and hoping it'll serve him well in the future.

Hope it does a food job of switching off your thoughts for a while!

I'm tempted by it too.

It's much better IMO. Takes away the anxiety of the new year and stops kids from not attending the last few weeks of school.

I'm new to roses, getting my 2 David Austin bushes just at the start of this year. Very exciting watching them grow and they now have flower buds!
Can't wait to see how they turn out.
I'm normally not very patient, but I'm hoping they'll be worth it.
Yours are lovely!

Sorry to hear about your soul dog. I'm sure these two will bring you so much joy.

My wee Lhasa, Tia; gave me 16 years of happiness.

They've just popped up on my feed. Are they Lhasa Apso pups?

I had one when I was a teenager. Best wee dogs - very stubborn but full of character.

They're gorgeous!
