I like Scooby Doo because its entire story is that monsters are always human and even children (people with little power) unmask them and ultimately take them down. It’s simplistic and ignores the real physical dangers of monsters but the principle is true.

This article needs to be a book, a year-long guide to dip into weekly, monthly, seasonally, for individuals or foodie clubs who want to up their game or deepen their practice. There’s enough here to fit the veriest beginner to the seasoned home cook to the pro seeking to regain the Beginner’s Mind.
