Tim Heidecker, one of the comedians behind “Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!” on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, has been hired to serve as “creative director of Infowars.” He said he initially plans to parody Mr. Jones’s “whole modus operandi.” Mr. Heidecker has been working on his impression of Mr. Jones. But eventually, when that joke gets old, Mr. Heidecker said that he hoped to turn Infowars into a destination for independent and experimental comedy. “I just thought it would be just a beautiful joke if we could take this pretty toxic, negative, destructive force of Infowars and rebrand it as this beautiful place for our creativity,” Mr. Heidecker said in an interview. During a recent trip to Philadelphia, he traveled to the Liberty Bell to film a video in character as the new creative director of Infowars.

*edit* sadly, I think one of these is a perfect more union. They recently published a story on how the reason more women want to become trad wives is because the women in the workplace are mean. so bit’s women’s fault. the entire piece was sexist at best but in reality problematic propaganda

and recently, seeing Therapy, Jeff and his take on how men have their fantasies and we should feel bad for them or whatever his take was. I’m starting to think these accounts are meant to sway the opinions of anyone in the middle who is a man or married to a patriarchal man who could be a tradwife.

and (accidentally put the screenshot in the above post, but I’ll put it here too) as long as an organization has minimum healthcare provided. They don’t have to contribute any more than they would have to in taxes to the UK for a single payer which we should have access to. again propaganda.

these are typically very, very informative platforms. They do a lot of research and I’ve enjoyed them up until the past few weeks. They have very questionable takes at first I was hesitant to be too concerned, but it keeps happening and an alarming level. I think they’re slowly trying to turn people

i’m pretty concerned about “left-leaning” content creators/“news” outlets - i think they’ve been laying in the shadows for some time to slowly potentially turn slightly conservative on a few topics to sway the upcoming elections. i will put at least one example in the thread please add any you find
