I think everyone needs a much needed break at times and to just do things that feel good for them, even if it isn't always productive. People feel like they HAVE to be productive 24/7 or else they're procrastinating and that causes shame, even though it's just not true at all.

I feel this SO much. I haven't lost interest in my hobbies, I just have no motivation to do them during this time in my life but I'll feel bad if I DON'T do them, yk? At some point those things began to feel like it was more for other people than for me because of this, if you're able to relate.
