Hired a repair guy to take video of the whole attic truss system so we could check for additional damage.

Then we hired an engineer and are sending the seller the repair plans and bill; they’ll have it tomorrow.

Housing update:

Seller ignored contract they signed about hiring an engineer to evaluate trusses nor given any evidence the whole attic was sound making them in breach of contract…

So we did it for them; forced their hand.
