I said off-handedly a month ago that the "what happens to the economy when people can't buy anything" was a bad argument because the real juice they want is AI consumers, not AI workers.

If I was one of the Artemis astronauts I’d call up one of the other Artemis astronauts today and be like “remember when we were in space?”

I've read a couple thoughtful pieces on the irrationality of the markets swinging on Trump's pronouncements about the war which boil down to the former having Trump derangement syndrome. Think that's reversed. Irrationality of the markets give birth to Trump not vice versa.

The First University in the Nation to Build a Center Dedicated to the Creator Economy
Syracuse University is creating something that doesn't exist anywhere else in higher education.
The Center for the Creator Economy is the first academic center of its kind on a U.S. college campus. Led jointly by the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Martin).
Whitman School of Management, the center reinforces Syracuse University's commitment to bold, forward-looking academic leadership.
By aligning strengths in entrepreneurship, media, communications, athletics and digital infrastructure, the University is charting how higher education can prepare students for the 21st-century economy.

Another university getting rid of things you could only ever do at a university and replacing them with stuff a 13-year-old can do on a phone

the fecklessness of establishment Dems comes from the fact that they agree with much of what Trump is doing.

they want aggressive immigration enforcement. they want to blow shit up in Iran.

for them, Trump is a sin eater who's brashly doing what they've been trying to do politely for a generation
