We kicked off our Board Leadership Institute for CDCs last week! The cohort had brainstorms sparked by members of CNP's board: our chair Teresa Metcalf Beasley, our vice chair Ayonna Blue Donald, and Matt Zone.
Renovation of this building in Glenville shows that "if you want to go far, go together." Our financial services arm, Village Capital, is supporting local developer Tiffany Hollinger, who graduated from Cleveland Equitable Development Institute and purchased a building saved by Famicos Foundation.
New senior housing will rise on the vacant site of the former Sterle’s Country House on East 55th Street in St. Clair Superior. Famicos Foundation is leading this $21 million development of affordable housing for residents age 55 and older.

We're advocating for the property tax relief that many Clevelanders need! At the Ohio Senate last week, our Senior VP of Advocacy, Edward Stockhausen, testified in support of "Residential Stability Zones," a tool for cities to protect residents from property tax increases, as proposed in S.B. 42.
