To address some chronic quality of life issues too long pushed aside that are now causing unavoidable escalations of symptoms as I get older. Surgery also requires two weeks recovery from gigs/entertaining/movement/dance/teaching/sideshow/sw/ect so essentially I can't work for two weeks in May.
