CalCCA is urging the CPUC to fix proposed PG&E & SCE ERRA decisions that would raise the PCIA for some CCA customers by 350–455% — nearly 10× bundled IOU increases. Low-income customers could face $500+/yr hikes.

In 2020, the ISO-managed grid had just ~122 MW of battery storage. Since then, more than 14,000MW 🔋 have been added to the grid—a real game changer for reliability during summer periods of peak demand.

Fall is bringing lower energy bills!
In September, electricity rates decreased by 2.1% for all Ava and PG&E customers. For an average household in our service area, that means monthly bills will decrease by $3-$5. Higher summer rates also ended on 9/30.
