Bsky is public to a fault. All of your posts, your follows, your likes, even your *blocks* are world-readable, and this is unfixable.
Yes, Bsky has some nice things like reply control. But it doesn't have follower-only posts, you could never implement something like Google+ Circles on top of it.
I'm not convinced. I've been working on a combined AP+AT+Nostr social platform for a while now, and AP is the most flexible platform by far.
The problem is that it's also an inherently un-decentralizable feature. As long as you can Sybil attack it by creating infinite instances/PDSes and infinite accounts, the "balance of opinions" feature it's based on won't work.
But maybe you could get something close with a Bluesky labeler server.
