We know of 3 US citizen children deported yesterday, along with their moms who had been living in the US for years. One of the moms was pregnant. One of the kids has a rare form of cancer. One of the kids is just 2 years old. All had caregivers in the US to stay with.

Despite repeated outreach from @nipnlg.bsky.social attorneys ICE refused to let the parents speak to each other or mom speak to her attorney. We filed a late-night habeas petition ICE was fully aware of, but they deported them anyway.

SO proud of the outcome in this case we @nipnlg.bsky.social litigated on behalf of the most wonderful human beings and the amazing outcome we were able to achieve.
