Every cancer patient to get individual support plan Under the government's National Cancer Plan, every patient will be given a tailored plan covering treatment, mental health, and employment support.

ABC UK welcomes the new National Cancer Plan. A focus on improving diagnosis & outcomes, personalised care plans, and an emphasis on less common cancers is good to see.

Delivery will be a challenge, but we look forward to benefits for our bladder cancer patients!

Although many non-smokers develop bladder cancer, smoking greatly increases a person’s risk of developing it. The poisons in cigarette smoke leave the body in urine.
And because urine is held in the bladder for some time before you pass it, the bladder is exposed to high levels of these poisons.
