But people go in with ideas in their head about what themselves and others should look like and are there for. They forget people are just there to maintain their fitness, not change the way they are. Looking at your posts you seem like you know exactly what you need. Don’t let them change that 💪

This is why I get too scared to go into the actual gym. No one even has to say anything to me and I get myself into a state just panicking about what others think. Leaving early and forcing myself to feel unmotivated and embarrassed. I think if someone said anything I’d never go back 😅

We’re at the gym to improve ourselves. We dress to feel comfortable.
If they are judging you, they must struggle with their own image enough to project onto other people.
Just know that you’re doing what’s right for you no matter what anyone thinks. Everyone else in that gym would support you ❤️
