What church do you go to?

My family walked into the church Harriet Tubman attended in Ontario. I genuinely thought it was a museum so we were chatting energetically as we stepped in, but then realized the prelude was playing with three attendees present. we felt so badly for our disruptiveness.

This week I got to learn songs of resistance sung at ICE agents and to beleaguered immigrant neighborhoods in Minneapolis. Some friends and I are bringing these songs to the Square of Manheim, PA at the No Kings Event this Sat, 3/28, 2-4. We'll rally at the Mini Park at 15 E High Street @1:45 pm 1/2

Victory+ is totally not broadcasting any content via Apple TV., let alone our Spirits. I'm casting to my TV from my iPhone, and it's solid that way. What a messy viewing experience.

Celebrating the one year anniversary of Chellas Arepa Kitchen in downtown Lancaster by enjoying a delicious pernil arepa with chimichurri sauce! The Chellas crew makes my favorite Latin dishes, actually, my favorite foods, in Lancaster Co.

Friends--this is America. This is who we are. We pump tens of billions of dollars into warehousing humans & don't really believe in legal immigration, for we are terminating the legal status of mainly people of color who came here legally, and making them illegal, so we can deport them..

They'll be incarcerated, though brought here in large part by Christian refugee agencies and churches who helped them get apartments, jobs, and schools for their kids, so they might rebuildafter enduring persecution as Christians & believers of other religions, kidnapping, death threats, etc..

The President's images explain why virtually the only refugees we help now are White Afrikaners. And why he is requiring 100,000 vetted refugees to go through arrest-and-detain indefinitely, though they have undergone deep background clearances. Nearly all these 100,000 are people of color..

In the ICE floor plan for 8,000-person warehouse, each dot represents a human being, in what acting director of ICE says is "Amazon Prime, but with human beings." I shudder to think of what my neighbors will experience when whisked off the streets of our community and imprisoned there for months...

A straight line can be drawn, from the President's post of two Black Americans as apes, to human warehouses springing up across America & incarcerating people of color at a cost of $38 billion. ICE is building a human warehouse close to us in Central PA, near the spot I've gone camping for decades..
