I did record a bunch of random shouting ahead of the first episode for any of the Cybertron memory scenes - but I don't think they used any.

I also did scratch audio a couple of times for the animatics.

A downside of such a tight cast is there's little room for cameos.

I get asked a lot on all platforms and it's hard to address each individually. Sorry it's not encouraging news. Appreciate everyone's passion and love meeting/connecting with creative people - but there's no shortcut to a role through me. 🤣

- I don't know where (or precisely when) casting calls go out
- on S1&2 the casting period was roughly the start of their respective years
- I typically can't say when we start casting because it usually happens before the season is officially announced

To VAs quizzing me about Cyberworld:
- we are fully cast for S2 right now
- I hear blind audition tapes that have been twice shortlisted by 3rd parties
- I am not able to cherry pick people for roles
- characters are determined by the toyline
- no confirmed S3

Don't get me wrong, David Attenborough can make anything enthralling, but there is something hilarious about the concept of a show that's basically him saying "You can film me in my back garden, but that's all you're getting!"

Am I aware I should technically be saying EDT/PDT? Yes. Does the timezone situation already hurt my head enough that I will not be bothering when most people probably don't even realise daylight savings technically changes the timezone designation? Also yes.

I promise you I was assured by the channel manager they would be uploading for 2PM UK time, which is currently using British Summer Time a.k.a UTC+1.

The internet tells me that will be 6AM Pacific. But please +/- your own hours from 1PM UTC to most accurately represent your experience.

I'd be lowkey furious if I found out D/deaf and hard of hearing viewers were getting entirely different dialogue to what myself and other writers had toiled and crafted.

I know there's an art to brevity in closed captioning and slight changes to wording for faster reading are par for the course. But the stark difference between what is being shown in the captions and what is being said in Daredevil Born Again is crazy!

RIP Sam Kieth. The Maxx was one of the things that inspired me to really take art seriously. Loved the anatomy. Loved the pushed shapes. THE ANIMATED SERIES TOO! This was a blender recreation of one of my favorite covers of The Maxx. Such an inspiration! His legacy lives on!
