God blessed us with gorgeous weather - I hit the trails at Arabia Mountain, crushed leg day at the gym, and treated myself to dinner.  Working on nurturing my mind, body, and spirit. So grateful for His love and learning to love myself. ✨

I had a beautiful day at church today, proactively got a little work done to be prepared for tomorrow, got a workout in, had a nice dinner and closed the evening out with a walk in the park. The simple things…grateful.

Yeah, I’m born and raised from Houston… So I believe it. 🤣 Been in Atlanta for about 10 years now… Overdue for a visit to come see my family.
