I've known where the chapter is heading, it's not like massive story changes or anything. More like panel spacing, how much to let scenes breathe, should certain shots be saved for Ch. 3, etc.

With the end coming up though, it's time to lock it in. Ch. 2 should end on page 56.

I've reworked the last few pages of Smash Time Stories Ch. 2 too many times, haaa. Literally spent last night sketching pages that I don't even know if I'll include.

I think I've landed on the final version though. A little less wasted time, and leaving some stuff to be shown in Chapter 3 instead.

Had something similar here, actually. When it was only one showing per night, the Thursday listing broke, so we had to pick Friday instead.

Now Thursday's available again but all the good seats are gone already lol

The fact that this is happening at all is legitimately incredible.

And I'm excited to see it already doing well in presales. My local theater went from having just one showing a day to 4, with some of them nearly sold out already. For an indie animation project.

Here's the thing: Democrats already know who can win. They know which policies are popular with voters and which candidates are vocally in support of those policies. They're going to throw a billion dollars into trying to prevent those candidates from becoming the nominee.

I'll be honest though, the thing that surprises me the most is Mario being at #1. I'd guess recency bias cause of the sequel, but I usually see people being super dismissive of 1, even if they liked 2.

Sure, it made a billion dollars... but so did Minecraft, and that ranked way lower.

Also no Professor Layton & the Eternal Diva? IMO that is like... the best video game movie, easy. It's a solid story, well animated, keeps the vibe of the games, hell it has puzzles and gives the viewer time to solve them. Music's incredible, action is great... It's peak.

Sonic movies are definitely in the right order. Dunno if I'd put Mario 1 above them... but definitely above Sonic 2.

Pokemon the First Movie though...? I know it's the nostalgic pick but like... The Power of Us is like... a genuinely good movie. Not even on the list but I'd put it near the top
