imo, the best part reading about traumatised characters is that they do get better/will get better (only if the story is HE) no matter what happens to them. hoping that friends who are struggling get the HE they deserve too bc it's definitely not that easy irl 🥲

a cute, mostly fluffy novel (傲嬌大少爺 is so cute）that is quite enjoyable if you don't take it too seriously and treat it as an idealistic story (but it does have serious notes).

my biggest issue of this novel are summarized by this review on jj. But I think I did enjoy it bc it did feel painful and the recovery process was slow. It was 高開低走 and I struggled to finish by the end and gave up on the 200k extras. Also 年上/= treat your partner like a child pls🫠

today I discovered that jj lets you leave reviews even if you don't buy all chapters as long as you buy all the 正文 chapters

my current opinion on STS2 is that ironclad sucks ass and I used to be good at him on STS1. Hoping that the devs can balance him out a bit more 😭

Finally beat regent on A1 with blade build + colourless cards. Now I can officially say I'm 1/1/1/1/1 (multiplayer: 10)
the placeholder art is so cute

despite this game being imbalanced (I get frustrated a lot more than STS1 tbh), it's so much fun

the whole disabling support for older kindle thing is part of why I suggest people jailbreak their kindle and send DRM-free books to it, or trying out an android ereader

What’s worse than reading a bad novel is a novel that you know that you would like but for certain parts of the novel that really bother you to the point where you have to drop it 🥲

It feels like a crime when I betray my ancestors and put msg in my congee but it actually made my plain congee taste so much better

currently am on A1 on all characters except regent and I have 60h in the game according to steam

the curse of being really into slay the spire but being bad at basic addition, subtraction and multiplication means that when I play, although I have lethal I choose to block instead which means I eventually die bc I didn’t deal enough damage 😭

tbh not that much… I made that post after reading the first one in p1
only problem is that stuff in p1 are all 連載中 😭 and the last one will probably not be updated anytime soon, but I think it’s a decently complete story alr (I like it a lot)
