I believe this setting reduces input lag in older games, when you run them in windowed/borderless modes. So you might wanna turn it back on after you're done with DS. Possibly

If you play mmx1, i'd highly recommend rebinding dash to left bumper. It makes the game way more comfy to play, and this bind is consistent with later mmx/zero games
