Trump is going to run his mouth for the next 4 years. The media is going to bend over and normalize him, all we can do is tune it out as best as possible. No one can stay enraged for 4 years.

MAGA voters were miserable people before the election and they are still miserable people after but since Trump won, they think they are winners even though they are still miserable and in the same situation as before. They have nothing else going for them either. Their life’s still suck.
When you see Trump diehard supporters, they have won much in life. If anything they are consistently losing. With Trump winning, I think, MAGA isn’t interested in their life’s getting better, bc they would actually have to work for it. They just want the liberal people who consistently win, to lose
I have been pondering a question and I’m not really sure of the correct answer.
Why is misinformation so powerful?
Is it because it follows what a person wants/needs to believe? Is it a win at all costs narrative so the facts don’t matter, just win? I’m not really sure there is a correct answer.
With Comcast spinning off MSNBC and them trying to find their new identity, maybe instead of trying to conform to what CNN tried and massively failed at, Maybe try to find a new path and identity that is in direct competition to Fox News but for the centrist left lean audience.

I see a bunch of journalists on here so here is an idea. How do we in the center leans left get a network like Fox News? MSNBC won’t do it and neither will any others. We need someone who can be as brash and ruthless and wonky with information like Fox News. Anyone got any ideas because damn!

Exactly, they did it because they most likely were forced by their leadership. I don’t watch Cable news shows so this doesn’t bother me. It’s just business and they know it. Don’t like it don’t watch. CNN is already feeling the pain of losing viewers. So will others.
Something people really need to keep in mind, if you stay vigilant and informed and don’t fall into the void of ugliness, no matter what happens you will be ok. Make informed decisions based on you and your family. Let the media do what it needs to do. Be smart and safe and you will be fine.
