Since ive got my paint supplies out i figured id also get on with painting these little crafts thatve been sitting in my box for a while. I made the clay bits like 2 yrs ago, the suns are from joann when she was closing, and the wooden plaque was thrifted. Most of the small bits will become magnets.

I noticed on a major road that they put up “quiet zone” signs CONSPICUOUSLY AROUND THE TESLA DEALERSHIP and i just looked it up and yup it is directly a result of the city trying to suppress protests

!!!! I FOUND A WHOLE AREA FILLED WITH TOAD EGGS TODAY!

You can tell these are toad eggs because the eggs are in strands. Frog eggs are laid in masses.

I did not set out to become a frogs guy, it just kind of happened lol. I really like the way they look and am interested in how decor/art of them often doesnt capture what i personally think makes them cute…aka what i think would be appealing to a true frog lover.

More progress, started adding some brown. I like how the textures are coming out so far, heres various angles of it. I have some super cheap shitty plastic square brushes with frayed bristles that i use like stamps.

i like this sculpt a lot but its funny to me cus okay its a frog prince character, but theres warts and the product was called a toad…so like who was it during production who got confused?
