i thought chaff might be funny since its a 6 length skill and would theoretically hit 13 power (6*2 + 1 for being a metal shot) but i entirely forgot that it isn't even an attack and doesnt really gain much from having its power doubled otherwise
actually i looked at the numbers and it seems that the +2 power from it being a toxic shot is added after scent multiplies the base power of the cartridge, which is interesting. 10 power isn't 12 power but is still very good
bite with scent kinda goes off. the bleed is nice but the +2 power works really well to multiply with scent

i found out that acto is not an eel like i thought and is actually a lamprey, and that she is also a lady. i didnt know her gender till I got my hands on the art/lore book
i do want to post it here but i may try and redraw it cause i feel like i did a bad job drawing the bellies from the side. i wish i knew a place where i could get reference images for people of varying weight ranges
it was such an interesting read, though i had to parse machine translations to read it so my understanding is still a bit limited
i got it... this is gonna be so useful for drawing the characters from it since there's only so much detail i can derive from the pixel art

also sorry for soapboxing on your post, i just read it and suddenly had a lot to think about the matter given that i've gone through a fair share of bad EA experiences...
I wish the game update history view and the full EA questions were more front-and-center for EA games. seeing how frequently and consistently a game is being updated is useful and knowing the final and current scope of a game is also very useful, but as they are its hard to get that information
I think that could be nice, but wouldn't be a great indicator of a game's overall progress. version numbers are really subjective and typically show the number of revisions a game has gone through. "0.7" doesn't necessarily mean "70% done", more like "ea revision 7", so it could be a bit deceptive

feel like whats harder than picking a subject to draw is picking a pose, thats the part that i always get stuck on
