The Gulp, The Fall and The Rise with lots of humbling praise.

The Gulp, The Fall and The Rise with lots of humbling praise.

Each book is a mosaic novel made up of 5 novellas. The Gulp and The Fall are also a mosaic novel of 10 novellas. And all three books make a mosaic novel across 15 novellas. But each novella stands alone as a complete story. Possibly my greatest writing achievement to date.

Hi, pals,

A dear friend just notified me that a spammer is using my name to send spam emails with a dangerous link. So if you receive an email from me with an attachment, check that it’s from my email address.

Gah! Ain’t the wonderful world of tomorrow fun? <Grin>

It’s only 38° Centigrade (100.4° Fahrenheit) here at the farm. I’m sitting very quietly in front of the computer and thinking coolish thoughts.

Our hearts are shattered – and some have broken them further There is no going back to where we were before December 14. But a social contract Australians relied on has been destroyed by the Coalition.

I agree with this political analysis. Shame on the politicians using tragedy to get a leg up.

I have no skin in the game here. And I don’t know the people involved. But I did and do think that the doco made a plausible case. More than that I have no way of knowing. On another subject entirely, I miss you, kiddo!

Yes, I’m getting the sense that this is a more controversial subject than I anticipated.

I just watched what I consider an important documentary about the most iconic photograph of the Vietnam War. The doco is called =The Stringer: the Man Who Took the Photo=. It seems the man who was credited—and received a Pulitzer Prize—was not the photographer. Judge for yourself. It’s on Netflix.

It was a Chanukah celebration on Bondi Beach. Now twelve people are dead and some thirty are in hospital. It’s been designated a terrorist attack.

I’ll stop typing now because I am so angry, I might write something I’ll later regret.
