I agree that strength isn't always about size, but being strategic and determined could make a difference. Great contribution.

Thanks, Manya for your gentle persuasion to financial discipline. I like how you advised on being intentional in making every purchase. I will be putting that into practise from now on.

Wow ! It is good to know that there is really no perfect time to start workout. Ayush, I like that you mentioned how nature embraces the changes that we may think is not significant ' Walking".

Hi Diana,
Truly negative feedbacks could be a motivating factor for growth and improvement. Negative feedback open door to strive to be the best.

Hi Joie,
Too many times we think we have to live to the expectation of our others by prioritizing their needs over ours. In the real sense of it they do not even care about us as much as we care about them. I like that you mentioned we sometimes might have to let people be disappointed.

Ayush, this information is powerful. Natural work out and adapting to nature is a way to go. More importantly adapting a natural meal at least once daily (whole grains, natural fruits etc)is beneficial to healthy living. I tried that in the past, and I can testify that it works.

The cafe looks beautiful. I was tempted checkout it out on google maps, behold it's 5hours 30mins away from my location. I hope to try it out anytime I find my way to Northern Ontario.

Yes, I believe those moments when we are alone gives us the opportunity to find ourselves, to know who we really are(self validation). Knowing who we are helps us to know and understand others around us as well.

The Tortoise and the Lion The Lion pride in himself that he is the king of all animals. One day, all the animals said they had enough of the lion's pride, and they planned to humble him. The tortoise gave the other animals an idea to make a fake throne on a deep pit for the lion. The animals all worked hard, dug a huge pit, set up a light plank on it and then covered the plank with a colourful mat.
