I knew I wanted to make an adventure comic. So having Cora and Blip as buddies who were new to the land below? Would be perfect for getting things explained to them & the audience by Arlie & other characters.
But that's not WHY I made them, that's hard for me to convey.

Well, as you wish, some Sash Lilac getting in shape for her next adventure & putting that to the test.
Samsung tablets are solid for art once ya get used to them. I wound up getting a XP Pen Magic Drawing tablet, it uses the same pen tech as their tablets - and comes with it!
Oh my giddy aunt, Xenoverse 3? So they're FINALLY stopping support for 2? That's wild. I figured it'd go on to the heat death of the universe.
That is always the problem, if something fails- for whatever reason? It's not gonna hurt the execs. They'll blame fans (often pretty rudely) or the team that made it.

That is a thing I really like to break up any kinda art block.
I got a big folder of poses from either anime screenshots, games, photos or other artists.
I tell a friend to pick a number, find it then whatever pose it is I pick a fitting character.
It's SO helpful.
Cora to me just looked like a Cora, don't ask.
Blip? I wanted him to only speak using letters of his name & Blip seemed to fit.
Arlie is a name of another character I liked . . .At least I thought I did, turns out I misread the name. So I figured I'd use the misread name I liked s'much.

I knew effects studios had it rough with movies for a while but didn't expect this one to come crashing down unless something big happened.
It's really frustrating when someone does something meaning well but ultimately makes things worse without them knowing.

There's some brushes I found that are like that with Clip Studio Paint.
Not super ideal but you may be able to do some of that in CSP and then copy it over to Aseprite?

Arlie? Will do whatever she can to make it right. It's partly why she swore off casting magick.
