Created a new cooldown system that I love. These current abilities increase the "mult" on the base speed. More abilities coming in later updates!

thank you, I knew I was prone to having issues with anxiety and stress but that gut punch had me so worried I checked in with my doc cause I thought I had a heart condition and now I am trying everything I can think of to get myself calmed down. So much for a happy new year hehe

I am not doing well currently, my head gifted me with an anxiety attack that floored me to the point where I can't seem to sit still for more than 5 minutes or focus, just want to tell everyone who reads this take care of yourself and treat yourself kindly. I'll be back soon.

Oh it surely doesn't but it's a cool feature.
