Sam, surrounded and embraced by his main three 'admirers'. His eyes are closed as he gives a kiss to Lyle's main lens, as-per the usual interaction, though his reflection is full of terrified warped/smudged eyes and teeth, like the associated Game Over. Likewise, Shadow and Spine are also hinting at their own Game Over states, with Shadow plunging its limbs into Sam's face and side like dough, and Spine digging her claws into Sam's back.

Sometimes one terrible, rotten, no-good decision isn't enough, is it?
