KH3 was a great game, but it felt really hollow for the wait. Voice acting, worlds, characters, and story fell miserably short. Everything happened AROUND Sora instead of it involving him. Worth a play through, but I think it’s fair to set expectations low.

I also say this because if you organize your topics accordingly, you won’t feel you jumped around too much or gave topics more attention than others etc. It’s one of the big reasons some feel speaking to their therapist isn’t helping. You determine the importance for yourself.

I’d honestly prepare to talk about you as a whole first before considering the here and now. That seems to be a theme with any therapists I had since they need to know you first. I’d make note of anything major effecting you and mention those, but don’t feel it’ll get a lot of time.
