Noise. There’s lots of noise right now. A cacaphony. I’m striving to ignore the noise, to not be distracted in my quest for signals facts and data.

Signals matter. Facts matter. Data matters. I’m searching for those to assess and understand, and know how to impactfully act/react.

A Brandy Crusta—brandy, lemon, dry curaçao, and a whisper of maraschino liqueur. Shaken, poured into a coupe, with a sugar crusted rim doing double duty: both a bit of sweet and a snow-y garnish!

I have struggled with how to respond to Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook's descent into toxic masculinity and Neo-Nazi madness. While I have thought about quitting Facebook, I find great value in the connections and friends I have here, and it doesn't seem fair that I should lose that 1/4
