We only see the tattooed arm of the other person who is standing above him, his equally tattooed fingers (+black fingernails) pulling on the golden necklace around Jayce's neck. The tattoos on Viktor's arm are the leaves of the plant from the show, the finger tattoos include the runes mage Viktor had on his hand.
