It was so unnerving and unhinged. I thought he was going to jump out of his seat or something. I just wanted to get back home. 😔

I was boarding a Southwest flight home. This guy started shouting at me “THAT NEEDS TO BE BEHIND YOU!!!” and points to my backpack. I said “Sorry, I didn’t realize.” He got even angrier and louder. My coworker was behind me. She said it barely grazed him and the other passengers were shocked too.
