This constituent couldn’t travel until he knew the outcome of his application. We helped guide him through the process and contacted the Home Office on his behalf.
He has gone to be with his mother for her surgery. I am pleased to know that she will not be on her own.

A group of people holding St George’s flags stand together with Mayor of London Sadiq Khan in front of a large stone lion statue in Trafalgar Square on a sunny day.
Ahead of St George’s Day I was joined by interfaith leaders from across London. We came together to celebrate all that unites us and affirm the flag of St George as a symbol that belongs to us all 🏴

What should have happened: the REIT paid no tax but the Tice companies holding shares in the REIT paid £98k tax on the dividends they received. What actually happened: none of the companies paid any tax.
Our new report: Richard Tice signed accounts wrongly claiming £98,000 of tax exemptions
A 🧵 with the evidence:
Out today with the Beckton team talking to local people about issues in their area.
The sun was out and it’s always good to be out catching up in my old council ward.
When you're at Day's Lock in Oxfordshire, spot the green plaques celebrating the 'village greens' of Dyke Hills and Day's Lock Meadow, created thanks to the Open Spaces Society and local campaigners.

Christian Nationalism is a Cult of Convenience
A person performs in front of a crowd in Trafalgar Square. A yellow Khanda symbol appears in the top left corner. Overlaid yellow text reads “Celebrate Vaisakhi,” followed by “18 April | Trafalgar Square” and “12–6pm.” A large audience is visible in the background.
No plans for today? Look no further.
Head over to our annual celebration of Sikh culture and heritage at Vaisakhi on the Square.
Expect live music, free tea and vegetarian snacks, and family-friendly performances.
Everyone is welcome.

From 1 May, rent hikes and no-fault evictions will become things of the past.
The new Renters' Rights Act will strengthen tenant protections and set clear rules that every landlord must follow, giving renters greater security in their homes.

Suggest you read what I actually said
the vast majority of polls show reform in lead. Thanks in part to you guys.
Keep up the good work. I hope you enjoy Farage as your Prime Minister :-)
Untrue. Look at polls. This all reminds me of attacks on US Democrats by Trumps #usefulidiots
Despite some weird missteps doing its best to stop Reform, by giving workers greater employment rights, putting 450k kids out of poverty, raising pensions & min wage, saving jobs & service by stopping councils going bankrupt.
