Economically, this moment is like when you reach the top of the rollercoaster. Just enough pause that you can see what’s coming, and there’s nothing you can do to stop it. Empty shelves, job losses, higher prices, all coming soon bc this admin doesn’t understand the basics of trade.

Shoutout also to Jack Jenkins for his great coverage here despite being strong armed by the Capitol police.

Rev Barber is a hero who doesn’t get enough recognition. Very clear in all of his ways that he doesn’t care about race, politics, etc. just that he is fighting for poor and oppressed people. Apparently that is more than enough to trigger this admin.

Think that says more about Zaslav and WB leadership than about Villeneuve. Weird stuff happening over there.

“That they should be the ones to welcome Pope Francis’s coffin in the basilica is because these people are those who represented the focus of his mission,” said Father Giulio Albanese, head of missionary cooperation and communications for the Vicariate of Rome. “They are those who live on the peripheries, geographical and existential peripheries.”

The final honor guard for Pope Francis included migrants, prisoners, transgender people, the homeless and others selected by the Vicariate of Rome as a symbol of the late pope’s mission of inclusion and outreach.

Exceptionally glad Alijah Arenas is alert and recovering. The people that rescued him, first responders, doctors all are absolute heroes. But now that they are pretty sure he will be ok I feel a bit better about saying this..

Yea I remember thinking when we played them that Toumani deserved DPOY. The advanced stats agree. But the voters were always going to give it to someone from VCU bc they had such good team D numbers that year.

This is so crazy, my 6 month old got some vaccines yesterday and today he completed 8 rubiks cubes in less than a minute.

It was so good in the late 00s and early 10s. Before everything got sloppified.

In this Palo Alto neighborhood it was a Sunday tradition: non-religious agnostic humanist faith gathering, acai bowls for lunch, then drive your Tesla home to see how much your stocks went up last week. But now the woke mob is trying to take that all away.

I’m no longer Catholic but genuinely sad to hear of Pope Francis passing. One of few world leaders to preach compassion, resist oppression, and fight for people on the margins. The world needs more people like him in high and visible positions.

Not me sitting here watching OT in a play-in game to decide who gets to lose 4-1 to the Cavs next week.

Only Real American Patriots™️ are willing to die of food borne illness. The woke left hates this and wants to WASTE your tax dollars making sure food is safe to eat.
