Tried a vegan gf breaded and baked cauliflower steak for dinner, and it was a success! I will probably modify some things next time but it was still very yummy.

6 months ago today I was ghosted after a 7.5 year (on again off again) relationship, because I asked for an apology that didn’t blame me for what I had already apologized for 🙃 Love that for me.
