What do #secondary, #seconday-inner and #panels look like for you in the element inspector? That outer border looks like the stuff that lives in #panels

Weird, it looks like a full-screen panel version of the Related sidebar? New YouTube thing being A/B tested maybe?

"Restore Miniplayer button" maybe? It's the only one I can think of which has caused layout issues around that area before

We also use the new UI, not seeing this on our end, does it still happen with Control Panel disabled?

If it's doing literally nothing are there any errors in the F12 Console?
