Sobriety is a personal choice, harm reduction is supposed to be based on what the user's personal goals are. Not only this but some people use drugs for fun, that's not a bad thing, some people go into it knowing they'll end up with an addiction.

I fully believe people have a right to use drugs if they so choose to, regardless of the substance. While there's certain substances I wouldn't recommend using because of how the world works right now I'm not going to degrade anyone for choosing to regardless of their reason.
