less than a dozen gas plants being built to power data centers for big tech companies could emit a maximum of nearly 130 million tons of CO2e each year (!)
@mollytaft.com looks at the air pollution permit applications of 11 data center campuses building behind-the-meter gas plants. They reveal a potential 129M tons of GHGs per year, far more than several countries. Destroys whatever is left of Big Tech's claims of concern for climate disruption.
