If we’d have gone 4-3 and won that I’d have spent an extortionate amount of money on an impromptu night out in Newcastle 😂 Buzzing with 3-3, Second half was class, we keep pushing!! UTO, onto Preston🙌 Also, sooner Chalobah can do a full 90 the better, some quality from him today #swfc

Think it’s hard to be anything other than extremely happy with that. Danny’s tactics were spot on but it takes a team to execute them and we did it to a tee. Battled and grafted our way to a win. Beadle and Gassama were immense, Otegbayo looked like he’d played 500 games. Onto Boro and Preston #swfc

Frustrating to say the least as I think if we played 80-90% as well as we usually do we win that but, a point is fine considering that first half performance. Chalobah is looking good as well, looking forward to when he can play a full 90. #swfc

Palmer and Valery off, Ingelsson and Valentin on. The one time we actually got Johnson in down the left we got a decent chance. Palmer and Shea can aren’t playing a forward pass out to the left. Svante can. Positive is it’s only 1-0 #swfc

Has to be 3. That owl is iconic and instantly recognisable even by a large amount of non football fans. Now I get asked all the time which club I support, never got that when I wore a shirt with the old badge.

I think it’s a fair opinion. Mus and Gas are impact players. They’re capable of anything from a L2 performance to a PL performance. It’s a risk to play them both at the same time imo. We didn’t look as balanced with them both on.

Just got back, think today we were too top heavy to begin with if that makes sense? I’m not sure Mus and Gas can’t start together, thought the subs paid the difference and Josh coming on made us tick. He’s a big player for our system. Happy with the win, performance was a meh,We rely on Josh #swfc

Pleased with how we played today. Disappointed with the result. We deserved all 3 points but happy with how we played. We’re not watching a poor championship team like last season, we’re watching a team that if it clicks, or a couple quality players come in, will push towards the top 6/10 #swfc

I can also see your lineup with Smith working really well. He holds it up and lays off any 1 of 4 and you know we’re in business. It’s what makes this so difficult, we’re slowly becoming a Swiss Army knife, so many ways you can lineup/think about systems we can play.

I feel it’s just a waiting game with him. Like once he gets 1 he’ll get 2,3,4… pretty quickly. I could easily make an argument for Smith to start instead tbh. One striker is scoring/making an impact atm, the other we know can score but it just isn’t happening but he’s gotta play to change that.

Potentially not, It would tire him quickly. My idea is to kind of have whichever full back isn’t pushing up to stay in a mid position when we’ve built the attack and have them hover 30/40 yards out. Also, offers us a switch across. My crude attempt hopefully shows what I mean 😅😂

I’d have to stay team Ugbo to start with. The 4-2-3-1 in attack with Pol and Marv pushing on if we bypass their press and a 3-4-3/5-2-3 when defending.
I very much doubt Danny will go with anything like it but I’d love us to give it a try.

I’ll count myself lucky that was just before I can remember! Worst I have in my memory bank is Darren Potter

Just watched Jacob Butterfield this afternoon after not realising he played for Gateshead. I thought I’d escaped him.😅😂 #swfc
