The good thing is it’s a hard cheese so it lives forever, and you can use it on just about anything. Play around with which side of the grater you use, fine for sprinkling over a melty layer, coarse for going into sauces, slicer for adding to salads.

Also, as a straight friend, I can confirm that they are at their scratchiest from about 12 hours post-shave until about day 5, at which point they start to soften up. I’m still not a fan.
