Speaking only from personal experience being a person who uses both taxis and apps. I just tend to get much more harassment from the apps.

Late night work thoughts: if you can afford/plan it: call a taxi instead! They’re so much more professional & knowledgeable in my experience. It’s more expensive, but as a woman who has been harassed too much by the app drivers, it’s so worth it sometimes.

I feel much more grounded when I cook for myself !

I had a very busy week but just set some time aside to cook some food I love and now I am relaxed :)
