Eww. :(

Is that an app thing? (This is why I always use the web sites :-p )
Oh, Escaflowne was my fave during my college anime-watching days! I was an Allen fan, of course.
He saw what they serve up in the Venatori Mess Hall and was like, "Oh HELL naw."

GenAI just sucks!
Having a baking family member is so great! (My spouse picked it up during the pandemic.) You get to show your affection by enjoying delicious baked goods.
Lucanis is 5'6 and Meruka is probably 5'2 or so, depending on whether you count her hair. :D Shorties 4 lyfe.
I despise with the heat of a thousand suns the way I have to be suspicious of all art I see now while I investigate it's authenticity, because this couldn't be more diametrically opposed to the state of mind one should be in while taking in all art.
I'm curious, did he even know that your spouse is Icelandic when he did that reading? Because if not, that's pretty crazy cool.
When he yells, "Stop letting them hit you!" And finally Rook gets fed up and yells back, "I'm not trying to let them hit me!"
Yup, my husband is a way more nurturing person than I am, in general. And I have always had 0% interest in babies/small children. I'm non-binary but of course gender essentialists would call me a woman anyway. So if I am, guess I'm a "defective" one.
Heh, I just had Meruka fight as normal... crazy and with little regard for her own safety, and she got alllll the Viago insults (I didn't know about them ahead of time so I was busting up laughing, which made me fight even worse).
Now, the REAL question is... what is *Lucanis'* D&D alignment? Lawful because of his contracts and tradition or Neutral because he departs from the Crow playbook to help the innocent? (I don't think Chaotic.) And for the second bit you could argue for Good, Neutral, OR Evil...
I am generally a solid chaotic good player, but I think Meruka's closer to chaotic neutral. Not in that "I'm so craaaazy" way some people portray it but merely because she doesn't concern herself with deep philosophy of good and evil. She does what feels right in the moment.
Juuust high enough that they've added back more butterfat than the milk had in the first place.
It's just a different kind of crapshoot here in Lower Mainland BC. This year we had False Spring, a return to winter, then all of a sudden, yesterday, 30 degrees?
Ugh, don't talk to me about Halifax donair, it's toooooo sweeeeet. I never even saw it when I lived in Toronto but for some reason it's popular way out here?
Just gimmie a Lebanese shawarma pleeease.
Ugh, I'm sorry. I hope today is a better day. All respect to you teachers.
I mean, I'm a "radical gender abolitionist" anyway, but most cis men I know have more child-nurturing instincts than I do. I'm not hostile, just entirely uninterested in small children. So I'm either a defective woman in a gender essentialist world, or just non-binary me in the real world.
That's more interesting than my native language accent, which is just an absolute mess becauss I've lived too many places. But it's close enough to Canadian now that I don't get called out as a US native, especially because the BC accent has a lot in common with general US West Coast.
Yeah, I say it the first way because my foreign language instinct is Mexican Spanish. I have been told by the Quebecois that I speak French with a glaring Mexican accent, which confuses them because I'm a pale ginger. :D
We have a few altos with the *strongest* hoser accents and some of those nasal vowel sounds...
Aboot is really only Ontario tho'. Everyone in BC either says about with the normal dipthong or, for some godforsaken reason, "aboat."
I don't even know how you'd say Illario wrong. (Though of course it's an Italian name since otherwise it'd be Ee-yar-io. ;) )
I'm a whitey but I grew up on the Mexican border and have barely passable conversational Spanish and a load of Spanglish phrases... at least my pronunciation is good!
I'm my choir's designated Spanish pronouncer. I have spent four months trying to get my choir to pronounce ONE Spanish word (con) correctly and I'm STILL hearing people do it wrong and finally today I just exclaimed, "FOR THE LOVE OF PEDRO PASCAL, PLEASE SAY 'CONE.'"
Neema enjoyed flirting with Huarche but then she met G'raha. He was so cute and dorky, she couldn't help herself.
Could be worse!
(She could have gotten with Haurchefant... I have a friend who romanced him SO HARD and then oops. She's still mad.)
My husband married her on his file too, also with an elf. "She makes me laugh," he said.
Perfect. (I was a Dorianmancer but my Inky was besties with Sera.)
A - Sera was Inquisitor Sable's bestie. <3
He didn't like fancy-pants blowhards either.
He's my short king for a reason! ๐
