The three stone carved figurines (of a fox, a vulture and a wild boar) that were found in Karahantepe, along three limestone rings that were placed on their heads, and the vessel that contained them.

The figurines and the vessel, as it was found. Now part of the exhibition "Golden Age of Archaeology", at the Presidential Complex Exhibition Hall in Ankara, Turkey.

This is a very cute find. At Karahantepe, a Neolithic site near the famous Göbeklitepe (Turkey), three small stone figurines (of a fox, a vulture, and a wild boar) were found arranged in a very specific way inside a small vessel.
It is believed that they were used to tell a story by a storyteller!

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.
