managed to bypass the crash after some fucking around in the text files, tried to post about it on the wow reddit, post got deleted. fuck the wow reddit moderation team fr.

One last update to this bug riddled saga, once the bugged shaman was separated from warband camps into the og character background, and graphics quality set to 1, i was able to login to her and remove the fury of the stonemother mog, which is the root cause of the crashes #warcraft

i have found a temporary solution! manually changing the number of the slot she was in inside the character-select-order.txt file in the WTF folder allowed me to load in, so long as i dont click my bugged shaman i can play the game again

Holy shit im a genius. i may not be able to play my shaman until the bug with hide weapons is fixed, but i was able to forcibly re-arrange the character order on login screen by swapping the numbers in character-list-order.txt in the WTF folder #warcraft

When you are inevitability found its also nigh impossible to escape because props are slower than hunters
