If it is bogus as you suggest, why not vote “no”?

Is Indivisible keeping a running tally of which Democratic Senators have called for new caucus leadership?

I'd want to see 3 groups:
1. Leadership and "Yes" votes.
2. Calling for new leadership: no.
3. Calling for new leadership: yes.

Are any Dem Senators in group 3 yet?

Senator Merkley provides necessary clarity on the dangers of ”pocket rescissions”, where the President can cancel congressionally approved spending.

He asks the right questions, how will his colleagues respond?

More than that, U.S. District Judge Immergut declared Defendant Trump‘s federalization of the Oregon National Guard illegal.

Specific language was “did not have a lawful basis”.

What would they call it, “Felon Superdome”?

Or “Epstein Field”?

Anything that used his name would immediately be known as “The Dump”.

The Supreme Court is the wildcard, and may reverse the Ninth Circuit (appeals court) once they decide the matter, but that chapter isn't yet written.

In the meantime the federal government must follow Judge Immergut's injunction - and their Title 10 federalization is terminated.

I'll take the win.

As we wait to hear from Judge Immergut, it is enlightening to see how even Portland's Sinclair-owned ABC affiliate is framing the administration's use of SNAP benefits as a political bargaining chip.

Representative Greene’s political talent is obvious. For whatever reason, the rest of her party seems hell-bent on going down with our lame-duck president - while she positions herself for 2028 and beyond.

She’s going to run with Tucker Carlson, and those two will be formidable.

Oregon is lucky to have a strategic planner in the Governor's mansion. Less than 24-hours after yesterday's court ruling, SNAP benefits are restored across the state.

Only a truly horrible person would use hunger as a political weapon.
