🦖If you see this, post a monster. 🦖
She's irredeemable, overrated, and a mass-murderer. In Detective #23 (don't ask me what volume, who can keep track of DC?) she kills dozens of kids and presumably, their families.

Really cool to see multiple peeps wanting to tackle American Gothic, Friday the 13th: the Series, Forever Knight, The Tomorrow People, and Max Headroom.
This one is coming up a couple times! Cool!
I totally KNEW someone was going to bring Forever Night in! That would rock.
MMMMax Headroom!!!
One time I looked to see if the Chronicles of Prydain by Lloyd Alexander were in the public domain but they are not. That's ok, I only had an inkling for a short story there vs anything novel-length.
Off the top of my head I can't think of niche IP. The IP's I want to write for are BIG.
Twin Peaks
Wheel of Time
The Masters of the Universe
This looks so cool! They've only got about 6 days left in the kickstarter so please share to help them get their pledges!

The follow up (and prequel) books are fantastic!!!
They have one job but also serve to sabotage the business at every junction (long turnaround printing times, no customer/author service, confusing/nontransparent practices) so it makes me wonder what they are doing to meet their mission statements.

Not everything (printing turnaround, draft approval turnaround, formatting covers, printing expenses, nontransparency, marketing) is awful in selfpublishing! Take for example: ebooks! I fixed a BUNCH of stuff in formatting that mysteriously happened after my final edits and reuploaded it! Voila!
I really wish people would make forgeable things in their bakeries or shops for us city people. LOL. Like I got nettles handled, but dandelion flowers/greens, squash blossoms, morel mushrooms.... all hard to come by...
These are on my list to try!
Dandelion Jelly
Dandelion Fritters
Iced Lime & Dandelion Tea
Dandelion Mead
Dandelion Lemonade
Dandelion Beer
Dandelion Pancakes
Dandelion Syrup
Dandelion-Rosemary Shortbread Cookies
Dandelion Honey Butter
Dandelion & Honey Gelato
Really bummed that my yard does not grow enough dandelions to make recipes from. You need 50-70 flowers to make a recipe it seems like.
Yup. I should have included that one on my list.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Bring Her Back
Scream 5
@the-independent.com out here writing headlines like newborn babies. Society has already covered omitting married women's names in headlines which only leads us to infer you did this intentionally to disrespect women. Perhaps you'd be more comfortable in the 1950s.
I’ve had the same editor since 1967. Many times he has said to me over the years or asked me, Why would you use a semicolon instead of a colon? And many times over the years I have said to him things like: I will never speak to you again. Forever. Goodbye. That is it. Thank you very much. And I leave. Then I read the piece and I think of his suggestions. I send him a telegram that says, OK, so you’re right. So what? Don’t ever mention this to me again. If you do, I will never speak to you again

Which is where The Last of Us TV adaption failed...
This... can't be right... 😂
Finally, you would 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎 𝚖𝚎 𝚋𝚎𝚕𝚒𝚎𝚟𝚎 that "families" in the countryside, not to mention Ian, have survived against the infected (and Alphas) for 28 years but aren't prepared to defend themselves against one smarmy gang of jackasses?
Forget it. Skip this if you value your time.
Plus, on top of everything Spike went through in the last movie, there is NO WAY he would have been such a whimpering do-nothing in that gang.
That is unfortunate for the viewers like me, who loved it. There was a big focus on gore instead of setting up any horror from the infected. Also, as much as I love Iron Maiden, WTF was *that* scene? Ian could set up an entire stage production but couldn't LAY A TRAP?
I loved 28 Yҽαɾʂ Lαƚҽɾ. But... WTAF was 28 Yҽαɾʂ Lαƚҽɾ: Tԋҽ Bσɳҽ Tҽɱρʅҽ?
I will tell you:
It was awful and a complete departure from the adventure and horror of the first 28 Years Later. They took the *worst* part of the last movie—the tacked-on tracksuit gang—and ran with it.
And apparently in 12 days Amazon Prime is losing Poltergeist the Legacy.
I mean, come on! I need my comfort watches for my mental health!

So... all 72 episodes of Friday the 13th: the Series have disappeared from youtube. This completely sucks because it's not available to stream anywhere.
I wasn't even done with season 1 yet!
"Omg Cass!" I squeaked, tears of happy forming in my eyes.
This has been on my list to re-watch for a while because I never finished it. It's freaking brilliant.
🤣🤣🤣
