I'm *so* excited for Rebirth now.

That makes sense.

I haven't found many areas to grind in, but I'm guessing that's by design. I'm assuming it's because it wouldn't make much sense to be overpowered through Rebirth and beyond.

So there is a little nagging feeling that it's a very linear and restricted experience, but no big deal.

It's also hilarious how you can just sit down and heal during massive emergencies. "If we don't stop this right now, people will die!" ... "Cool, let me just take a quick breather on this bench first."

I even tried it months ago and initially thought much of the game would be padded out by fetch quests.

I mean, that's still someone true, but I'm just so invested in the world and the characters I kinda cherish spending time doing whatever anyway.

I avoided Final Fantasy VII Remake because I thought it would tarnish the memory of the original. Oof. How wrong was I?

30 hours in and it really does feel like an extended retelling of what we never got to see all those years ago.

Fashionably late, but better late than never. 🙂

Turns out that wizard mix I shared is AI-generated.

On its own, I wouldn't have even questioned it. But apparently whoever's behind those mixes has been churning them out at an insane pace.

So I guess that's where we're at now. It's nigh on impossible to tell the difference.

This is the first and only video from "The Wizard" I've listened to and I'm seeing people question their ability to release so much music so quickly. I'll be genuinely shocked if any of this turns out to be AI generated.
