I only had a limited number of games as a kid so I've been having lots of new-to-me retro game experiences while playing through my expanded physical collection nowadays.

It's from a Sega Genesis game called Valis.

Honestly, half the time I played Valis was spent reading this extremely slow cutscene.

There's nothing funnier to me than an old game trying to be serious but the translation's like this:

This is the kind of retro gaming news I love to see. I played the extra levels for Super Mario Advance 4 a year or two ago and fell in love with the e-reader.

The e-reader getting a new game makes me so happy. I love this thing!
