As a social worker i can say compassion fatigue is a real thing though. At some point your cup does get full and when it does, it spills to other parts of your life. I led a training on it last year, goes over how to see the sigs and healthy coping skills for self care.

The average music consumer doesn't really care about how well something is mixed and mastered. It's like the people that watch 4k videos at 480 on YouTube. The small details don't make or break their experience.
